Our Leadership Team

Jon Axcell – Solutions Director

Jon is a recruitment expert whose experience includes leading Talent functions at both buy and sell side financial institutions and as Head of Talent at a leading challenger bank and a Fintech Blockchain company, where he helped them scale and grow from start up to a multi-site Global enterprise firm.

As a Billing Manager of a successful London based agency, Jon has hands on experience placing senior candidates and executive talent alongside structuring innovative solutions and recruiting strategies for corporate clients. More recently, Jon worked as Managing Director of a Global RPO company devising bespoke outsourced solutions for clients across multiple sectors including finance, tech and healthcare.

Prior to recruiting, Jon worked in Finance and has 12 years of buy side financial service experience working for blue chip Asset Managers in sales, operations and relationship management roles.

Jon’s vast experience in the talent acquisition industry and his global oversight of managing people, processes, and implementing staffing and technology transformations has helped Enterprise and startup clients alike transform their Talent offerings. His work in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing sector has taught him how to diagnose root causes, align with customers, and design people, process, and technology solutions that he has personally implemented whilst working for some of the biggest RPO companies in the world.

Talia Goldenberg – Operations Manager

Talia began her career in recruitment working for a well-known international recruitment company, before transitioning to HR where she gained over 10 years of experience working in Global HR teams at various reputable Blue chip Investment Banks.

For the past 5 years she has worked in operations mgt and HR roles at a startup-healthcare med tech, helping provide strategic solutions to assist during the COVID pandemic, and has more recently worked as a specialist outsourced HR consultant.

Talia runs our operations and back-office team at Shoretide.
